Wish List

Here is our much needed wish list for farm tools, equipment, building materials and consumables we use everyday. Click either list to expand.

 Farm Supplies Wish List

  • Farm Utility Vehicle that seats 4-6 people. Examples are the Kawasaki Mule and Polaris Ranger.  SDF property is over 5/8 Mile deep and our farmers enjoy working in the woods at the far end of the property. The Utility Vehicle would offer safe and reliable transportation of farmers and tools and insure quick transport in case of emergency.
  • Tractor preferably with a front loading bucket. This common machine is in constant need at the farm to perform an endless variety of agriculture tasks and to support our farmers.
  • Riding Lawnmower/Garden Tractor for cutting large grass sections that is impractical for our farmers to use a walk behind mower Also used for wagon pulling.
  • Snow Blower Auger style/walk behind to clear walkways and driveway. This is a supervised farmer job.
  • Walk behind power lawnmowers We prefer push type, which is easier and more comfortable for our farmers than self propelled.
  • Weed whackers/whips

 Shopping Wish List

During the course of day to day operations at Special Dreams Farm we have a list of items we call consumables that we have a constant need for. These are items that most all households or businesses would need and these items also account for a sizeable amount of our operations budget. Many nonprofits have a standing “Shopping Wish List” that supporters help to provide. If you have any of the following, SDF would be very appreciative of your help.
